A partner primary school in the north of York has asked us to help them meet teachers with a view to covering a Key Stage 2 class on a full-time maternity post starting in the summer term. This is a really welcoming school with a clear structure and a collaborative staff team. The leadership team are supportive, expectations are consistent across the school, and staff work closely together to make sure pupils – and each other – are well supported.
The class has a number of pupils with higher needs, so the school are particularly keen to meet someone who is confident building strong relationships while also setting firm, fair boundaries.
