Right Education is working in partnership with a well-established specialist provision in Doncaster to recruit two Class Teachers for permanent positions starting in September. This is an opportunity to join a highly supportive SEND setting catering for children and young people aged 3-19 with a range of complex learning needs, including severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties. We are looking for enthusiastic and child-centred teachers who are passionate about making a difference and helping pupils achieve their full potential through personalised learning.

The Role

  • Lead a class of pupils with complex special educational needs
  • Deliver engaging, personalised learning programmes tailored to individual needs
  • Work closely with support staff, therapists and families to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
  • Manage and support a team of classroom support staff
  • Promote pupil wellbeing, independence and preparation for adulthood
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture

We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A commitment to inclusive education and pupil-centred learning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, flexible and proactive approach
  • Experience within SEND is desirable but not essential
