Right Education is working with a number of secondary schools across Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire that are looking to appoint Science Teachers for September 2026. Several schools are already arranging interviews and trial days ahead of the new academic year, giving successful candidates the opportunity to secure their role before the summer break.
The Role
- Teach Science across KS3 and KS4, with some KS5 opportunities available
- Deliver engaging lessons that support student progress and achievement
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
- Work as part of an established department within a supportive school environment
We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry or Physics
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
