Right Education is working with a highly regarded independent school to appoint Nursery Nurses for its established Kindergarten and Prep provision. The role will involve providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for young children, helping them feel secure, confident and excited to learn. You will work alongside an experienced team to support children’s development through purposeful play, engaging activities and well-established daily routines.

The role will include:

  • Supporting children’s learning, development and emotional wellbeing
  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment
  • Observing children’s progress and contributing to developmental records
  • Supporting mealtimes, personal care and daily nursery routines
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Following the setting’s safeguarding, welfare and health and safety procedures

We would like to hear from applicants who:

  • Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or childcare qualification
  • Have experience working with babies or young children in a nursery or Early Years setting
  • Understand the importance of safeguarding and child-centred practice
  • Are warm, dependable and confident working as part of a team
  • Take genuine pride in providing excellent care and learning experiences
