The predicted salary is between 13.5 - 16.5 £ per hour.

Right Education is looking for a calm, caring and reliable 1:1 Support Assistant to help a child with additional needs settle into a new primary school.

The child will begin on a reduced morning timetable, with hours expected to increase as they become comfortable and established.

You’ll provide consistent individual support, build a trusting relationship and help the child engage positively with school life.

You will be the pivotal link to this being a successful transition.

We’re looking for someone who is

  • Patient, resilient and dependable
  • Experienced in SEN, SEMH, autism or behaviour support
  • Confident supporting emotional regulation and engagement
  • Able to commit as the child’s hours increase
