Nursery & EYFS Support - Lincoln and Surrounding Areas

If you enjoy supporting early development and learning through play, we’re recruiting nursery staff and EYFS support assistants to work across nurseries and lower primary schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for someone patient, nurturing, and hands-on. You’ll be supporting children from birth through to Reception age, helping them feel safe, settled, and ready to learn - whether that’s in a nursery setting or an EYFS classroom within a primary school.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting daily routines, learning, and play-based activities
  • Assisting with early communication, speech, and language development
  • Helping children feel secure, engaged, and confident
  • Working closely with room leaders, EYFS practitioners, and class teachers

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting (essential)
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (preferred but not required)
  • A caring, practical, and patient approach
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Pay

£13.69 to £15.75 per hour, depending on setting and experience
