Right Education is supporting a primary school in Lincolnshire to recruit a dedicated SEND Hub Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with SEND experience who is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments and helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and personally. The successful candidate will work within a specialist provision, supporting pupils with a range of needs through structured, nurturing and individualised approaches.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver high-quality teaching tailored to the needs of SEND pupils
  • Create a calm, supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with support staff, parents and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through consistent routines and expectations
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of SEND provision within the school

We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with pupils with SEND in either mainstream or specialist settings
  • Strong understanding of inclusive practice and differentiated learning

  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • Commitment to ensuring every child feels valued and supported
