We’re working with a number of SEN schools and specialist provisions in and around Horncastle who are looking for reliable support staff to work directly with pupils who need additional help to engage with education. These roles involve supporting children and young people with a range of needs, including autism, social and emotional needs, attention difficulties, and learning barriers. Some placements are short-term, others longer-term - all are focused on providing consistent, meaningful support where it’s most needed.
This work suits people who are steady, observant, and comfortable supporting pupils who may struggle with routine, communication, or behaviour.
What the role involves:- Providing day-to-day support to pupils who need extra help to access learning
