Job Title: Site Manager / Junior Project Manager Salary: 35-45k Location: Midlands – covering West Midlands and East Midlands Sector: Social Housing – Reactive Maintenance We are seeking a motivated Site Manager or Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in the Midlands. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering reactive maintenance works across social housing contracts, ensuring high standards, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on multiple social housing sites Work closely with and manage a project coordinator Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures Conduct regular site visits, ensuring works are progressing to schedule Interpret and manage works using the NatFed Schedule of Rates Collaborate effectively with the wider project and operational teams Provide clear communication with operatives, clients, and subcontractors Manage internal and external construction works Requirements: Proven experience in a site management or junior project management role Strong understanding of health & safety legislation Experience within social housing and reactive maintenance Familiarity with the NatFed Schedule of Rates is highly desirable Strong communication and team leadership skills Full UK driving licence – Note Junior PM will require Black Card or proof of working towards. – SMSTS & First Aid required …
