We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver the groundworks package for a large-scale superstructure scheme in West London. You will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full delivery of the groundworks package
- Develop and manage project programmes and timelines
- Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all HSE and regulatory requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
- Ensure quality and technical standards are achieved
About You
- Strong background as a Project Manager within groundworks or civil engineering
- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction packages
- Commercially aware with strong cost management skills
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management ability
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering preferred
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
