A growing property services contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Voids Supervisor to join its team based in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor with a strong background in social housing voids to oversee the delivery of refurbishment and turnaround works, ensuring properties are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day void property refurbishment programmes.
  • Supervising operatives and subcontractors across multiple projects.
  • Monitoring quality, progress, and performance on site.
  • Ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Liaising with clients, residents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting site inspections and maintaining health & safety compliance.
  • Managing materials, labour resources, and project schedules.
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within social housing voids is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the National Housing Federation (NHF) Schedule of Rates.
  • Proven supervisory experience within planned maintenance, repairs, or voids environments.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
