Right Contract Services are looking for X5 D1 drivers to work with an existing client of ours.

D1 Drivers - Urgent £16.27 per hour, 20 hour week, School term time position - Mon-Fri, 25 - 30 hours a week approx hours with potential for overtime. D1 licence and valid CPC card required.

This is a Safeguarding position; you will be working with vulnerable adults and children and an enhanced DBS will be required (help with this is available).

We need reliable and friendly drivers who have a desire to deliver excellent customer service to all of our service users. This role is to transport children to and from school, so the shifts reflect the timings of the school day.

Whilst we will provide full training, it would be great if you have experience of working with vulnerable adults and children. You will need to be safety focused as caring for the service users is paramount. You will need to be friendly and helpful as you will be working with others in the team to deliver this service, and it is important that everyone you deal with feels comfortable and reassured.

You will primarily be collecting and returning children to school, so the shifts reflect the timings of such.

Additional Information:

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week. You will have to complete a 2-day induction that you will be paid for.
