An established residential developer is seeking two Senior Technical Managers to join a growing Fire Remediation & Building Safety Team. Due to an expanding portfolio of remediation projects and an increase in Building Safety Regulator (BSR) Gateway 2 submissions, the business is looking to strengthen its technical leadership capability. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team working on complex building safety and remediation schemes, with a clear pathway into the wider new build business upon completion of the current remediation programme.
The Role
As Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple remediation projects simultaneously, managing technical delivery, design coordination, consultant teams, and regulatory approvals throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in supporting Gateway 2 applications and ensuring projects are delivered in line with current building safety legislation and technical standards.
Key Requirements
- Strong technical and construction knowledge.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Residential development experience preferred.
- Knowledge of fire remediation, façade remediation, or building safety projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
