The IT Manager, assisted by our IT Support Engineer, will be responsible for providing essential 1st and 2nd line IT support services to internal users based both at our Head Office and Multiple Construction Sites across London and the Northern Home Counties.

You will manage and assist with both proactive and reactive troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, maintaining systems to ensure the smooth running of IT services across the business.

Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent in a related field
Proven experience in IT management and support, within construction or engineering sectors
An understanding of construction-specific software and mobile technology
In depth knowledge on a broad range of products and services including, but not limited to;
