Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Complete basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
- Perform safety checks (fire doors, water hygiene, emergency lighting)
- Handle maintenance requests through the helpdesk system
- Follow health & safety procedures and risk assessments
- Support contractors and ensure work is completed safely
- Maintain equipment and building systems
- Keep accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
- Electrical qualification (18th Edition preferred)
- Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance
- Good understanding of Health & Safety
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (fuel card provided)
- Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
Desirable:
- IPAF
- Health & Safety qualification
- First Aid
- CSCS card
Details:
- Hours: 8:00-17:00 or 8:00-16:30
- Temp to perm role
- Van provided after probation
