Project Manager (HVAC) Bristol Up to 80,000 + Package
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an established Building Services contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical projects across Bristol and the South West.
Working on a range of high-profile schemes, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle management of HVAC and mechanical projects
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Driving programme and project delivery objectives
- Monitoring costs, variations and project performance
- Ensuring health, safety and quality standards are upheld
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record delivering HVAC or Mechanical Building Services projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience managing projects ranging from 500k to 10m+
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
