We're recruiting an experienced MEP Design Engineer to join a well-established design & build company working across residential, student accommodation, and high-end residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical & electrical deliverables across a range of residential schemes
- Work alongside the main company designer to develop and deliver M&E design packages
Location: Based in the RM7 office, with design locations across the M25.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in residential design & build, ideally including student accommodation and high-end residential
- Strong working knowledge of M&E systems and current design regulations
- Confident using AutoCAD/Revit MEP; BIM experience an advantage
- Comfortable managing deliverables and working closely within a small design team
Standard working hours - 8am-5pm (1hr lunch).
