Key Responsibilities
- Clean and restore commercial kitchen equipment to a saleable condition.
- Carry out basic repairs, including replacing sockets, plugs, switches, wiring accessories, handles, seals, and other components.
- Inspect equipment and identify faults or missing parts.
- Test repaired equipment and record results.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
- Log parts used and update stock records.
- Organise and manage equipment within the warehouse.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving equipment where required.
