We're recruiting an experienced MEP Design Engineer to join a well-established design & build company working across residential, student accommodation, and high-end residential projects.
The role
- Manage mechanical & electrical deliverables across a range of residential schemes
- Work alongside the main company designer to develop and deliver M&E design packages
- Ensure all designs are up to speed with current regulations
- Occasional site visits as and when required
- Based in the RM7 office, with design locations across the M25
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in residential design & build, ideally including student accommodation and high-end residential
- Strong working knowledge of M&E systems and current design regulations
- Confident using Auto CAD/Revit MEP; BIM experience an advantage
- Secondary qualifications required; a relevant degree is desirable, but highly experienced candidates without one will be considered
- Comfortable managing deliverables and working closely within a small design team
- Standard working hours -8am–5pm (1hr lunch)
