Assistant Quantity Surveyor
We are currently seeking an Assistant Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic team based in Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor looking to develop their career within a well-established business.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working within a Tier 1 contractor environment is preferred.
- Commercial experience is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities.
- A proactive approach and willingness to develop professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the commercial and contractual management of projects.
- Support cost planning, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
- Help manage subcontractor accounts and project documentation.
- Contribute to maintaining project budgets and cost controls.
