We are a fast paced and busy business. You will be required to outbound clients for the business ensuring we maintain a high renewal retention and a reduction in cancellations. Once you contact our clients you will arrange call backs or transfer the clients to sales and customer care., * Using an auto dialer in tangent with our CRM system
