Right at Home Swindon is recruiting a Female Care Worker to join our supportive and professional team, providing high-quality care to adults in their own homes across Swindon and surrounding areas.

No experience? That is completely fine. If you are kind, reliable and willing to learn, we will give you everything else through fully paid training and ongoing support. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

What You Will Be Doing
- Support clients with everyday activities that genuinely improve quality of life, including:
- Personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting
- Supporting with mobility and medication
- Preparing meals and light household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Completing clear and accurate care notes

Pay and Benefits
- £14.65 per hour
- 40p per mile mileage allowance
- Enhanced pay on Bank Holidays
- Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
