Right at Home Ilkley, Keighley and Skipton, are a premium quality homecare provider, supporting older people and vulnerable adults in their own homes, with the goal to keep them safe and happy at home. If you are a reliable, organised Senior Care Coordinator with a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. You will have a wealth of experience of delivering in-home care and demonstrate excellent organisational and IT skills. This role will require a great deal of flexibility and you will need to have strong communication skills and be tactful and adaptable in all situations. Please note, you will also be expected to do some hands-on care delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Participate in the out of hours On Call rota to support the Carers working in the community.
  • Cover any adhoc care visits in cases of absence and sickness.
  • Produce consistent, fortnightly rosters and provide Carers and Clients with rotas in a timely manner.
  • Answer the telephone promptly and professionally, dealing with any enquiries or queries.
  • Ensure enquiries are recorded promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure any changes to Client or Carers needs and availability is communicated to all relevant parties quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure complaints and Carers feedback and enquiries are logged promptly and accurately.
  • Record all new Carers and Clients on the system as soon as they are received.
  • Identify and match the most suitable Carers for each package.
  • Accurately monitor and record Carer holiday, sickness and absences.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience of working in homecare.
  • Must have driving licence and own car.
  • Right to work full-time in the UK.
  • Use of a scheduling / HR / recording system – desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/ Teams.
  • Experience in customer facing roles.
