Right at Home provides exceptional in-home care and support to clients across the Kalgoorlie and Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia. We are seeking passionate, client-focused Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:As a Personal Care Worker, you\’ll provide holistic, client-focused care in line with each client’s tailored care plan. You’ll play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.
- Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
- Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client’s care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
- Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate daily client notes and promptly report any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.
- Support clients with mobility aids, range-of-motion exercises, and non-sterile dressings, under the supervision of an RN.

Qualifications
- Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).
- Current Senior First Aid [HLTAID011], CPR [HLTAID009] and Manual Handling [HLTWHS005] (with 3+ months until expiry).
- A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver’s licence.
- Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
- Willingness to travel and flexibility with shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for elderly clients.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards for home care.
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
