About the Role: As a Support Worker, you’ll be working with clients across your local community, providing a wide range of support, which may include:
- Assisting with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and bathing
- Supporting with medication prompts and administration
- Offering companionship—sharing conversation, hobbies, and daily routines
- Preparing meals and supporting nutritional needs
- Carrying out light housekeeping and home safety checks
- Assisting with mobility, including helping clients in and out of bed
- Supporting clients to attend appointments or social outings

- Three Days of In-Person, Classroom-Based Training: Your journey begins with a comprehensive three-day, face-to-face induction held at our local office. This practical, hands-on training includes:
- Medication Training – Safe handling, administration, and accurate record keeping
- Basic Life Support – Emergency response, CPR, and first aid essentials
- Manual Handling – Safe movement and transfer techniques that protect both you and your clients
- Key care skills including infection control, communication, and person-centred support
