Your role:
As a Senior Care Coordinator you’ll be an integral part of our service – managing schedules, supporting Care Assistants and ensuring every client receives outstanding care. This is a fast-paced role for someone organised, personable and committed to excellence.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in care coordination or similar (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Empathy and resilience under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with scheduling systems
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out of office hours
