Right at Home offers careers for Certificate III Companion Care Level Caregivers right through to Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals including physiotherapists and OTs who provide complex medical and wellbeing support to clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assisting with showering, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
  • Social Support & Transport: Taking clients to appointments, shopping, and outings
  • Domestic Assistance: Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Mobility Support: Assisting with walking aids and personal equipment
  • Complex Care: Supporting clients with higher or specialised care needs
  • Wellbeing Monitoring: Observing and reporting changes in health or behaviour
  • Documentation: Recording notes digitally via our user-friendly mobile app

About You:

  • You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference.
  • You communicate well, build trust easily, and adapt to changing needs with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or Disability
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid National Police Check (within 12 months)
  • Australian Driver’s Licence and own reliable, insured vehicle
  • Smartphone with internet access
  • Willingness to complete online onboarding, training modules, and attend a paid in-person induction in Bundall
