We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants for part-time and full-time flexible shifts to join our friendly, supportive team.
About the Role
We offer flexible working hours, covering visits from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week. Whether you’re looking for a few hours or more regular shifts, we can work around your availability. This is a varied and rewarding role where your care and compassion make a real difference in people’s lives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Assisting with personal care, washing, and dressing
- Administering medication
- Supporting with mobility
- Shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Accompanying Clients to appointments or social outings
You will be fully supported to ensure you feel safe, confident, and valued in your role.
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Reliability, compassion, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts across the week
Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Healthcare Assistant, or NHS worker is welcome but not essential.
