We\’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and compassionate—someone who’s ready to make a difference in their local community. You don’t need prior experience to become one of our amazing Care Assistants. Chances are, you already have the natural qualities that make a great carer. We’ll provide all the training and support you need through our industry-leading program.
What you will receive:
· Premium hourly rates – £14.65 per hour + 40p per mile
· Time and a half pay for bank holidays
· Double pay for Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Day

What do you need:
· Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
· Have or be willing to obtain class 1 business insurance for your vehicle
· Have the right to work in the UK
· Be over the age of 18 years old

Right at Home Swindon covers the following areas: Swindon, Wootton Bassett, Wroughton, Cricklade, Highworth, Purton.
What you will be doing:
· Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
· Personal care
· Administering medication
· Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
· Shopping
· Housekeeping
· Meal preparation
· Taking Clients for appointments or outings
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you.
However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers. This could be the start of your new career, with our full support and outstanding training, anything is possible if you put your head and heart into it.
