We are looking for kind, compassionate and reliable individuals to join our growing team. You ideally already have the skills and knowledge you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we can offer you the training to perfect your skills and enable you to take the next step in your career.

Requirements of a Care Assistant:
- Full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
- Current right to work in the UK
- Availability at least every second weekend
- Commitment to attending an initial 2.5 day training course
- You live in close proximity to Dundee or in South Angus as travel within these areas is required
- SVQ2/SVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (not essential)
- Current registration with the Scottish Social Services council (not essential)
- Applicants must be members or willing to become members of the Disclosure Scotland Protection of Vulnerable Groups scheme (PVG) prior to commencing in post
Duties will include:
- Bringing warmth and positivity into Clients' homes
- Assisting Clients with their daily routines
- Personal care (e.g. dressing, washing, toileting)
- Medication administration or prompting
- Basic meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and social support
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you.
