Right at Home Isle of Wight is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead the full carer journey from recruitment to retention.

You will oversee onboarding, training, appraisals and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and seamless care delivery.

You will drive engagement, manage absence and disciplinaries, and report on retention metrics. A driving licence and local travel across the Isle of Wight are required.
