Key Responsibilities:- Companionship: Offering social interaction and emotional support to promote well-being and reduce loneliness.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals in line with dietary needs and preferences.
- Medication Support: Assisting with medication reminders and administration in accordance with care plans.
- Light Housekeeping: Supporting with household tasks such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Transportation: Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social activities where required.
- Building Relationships: Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
