What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting people across weekends, often during the times they need it most.
  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
  • Helping clients start their day or wind down in the evening.
  • Supporting safe movement and mobility.
  • Preparing simple meals and drinks.
  • Providing companionship; sometimes a chat means everything.
  • Supporting independence and routines.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Completing short care notes after each visit.

No two days are the same, but every visit makes a real impact.

Pay & benefits:

  • £15.20 per hour.
  • 40p per mile mileage.
  • Enhanced Bank Holiday pay.
  • Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
  • Paid training and induction (no experience needed).
