What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting people across weekends, often during the times they need it most.
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
- Helping clients start their day or wind down in the evening.
- Supporting safe movement and mobility.
- Preparing simple meals and drinks.
- Providing companionship; sometimes a chat means everything.
- Supporting independence and routines.
- Assisting with medication.
- Completing short care notes after each visit.
No two days are the same, but every visit makes a real impact.
Pay & benefits:
- £15.20 per hour.
- 40p per mile mileage.
- Enhanced Bank Holiday pay.
- Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
- Paid training and induction (no experience needed).
