Right at Home UK in Stockport is seeking a Community Palliative Care Assistant to provide compassionate end-of-life care in clients' homes. You will work in pairs on late shifts (3pm–11pm) with weekend availability, and a minimum of three shifts weekly to ensure consistent care.
Full training is provided with hands-on mentoring from management and Advanced Care Assistants. The role offers flexibility, progression opportunities, and competitive pay of £14 per hour.
