What You’ll Do

  • Personal care and medication support
  • Preparing meals and drinks
  • Companionship and social support
  • Light housekeeping and shopping
  • Helping Clients stay independent at home
  • Keeping accurate care records

What We Offer

  • £14.80–£16.59 per hour weekdays
  • £15.30–£17.15 per hour weekends (including holiday pay)
  • 35p per mile mileage allowance

Flexible Hours

Start on a Flexible Hours Contract during your first 12 weeks while building your regular Client schedule. When you’re ready to increase your availability, you’ll have the opportunity to move onto a Guaranteed Hours Contract for greater job security and consistent earnings. Typical shifts include:

  • Morning: 7:00am – 1:00pm
  • Split shifts: 9:30am – 1:00pm & 5:15pm – 10:00pm

What You’ll Need

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Available for at least 20 hours per week
  • Available to work at least 3 days in weekdays and every other weekend
  • Caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
