We are looking for caring and reliable Care Assistants / Health Care Assistants / Carers to join our friendly team in Marchwood and the surrounding Southampton area.

What We Offer:
- £14.80–£16.59 per hour weekdays (including holiday pay)
- £15.30–£17.15 per hour weekends (including holiday pay)
- 35p per mile mileage allowance
- Paid training before you start (£230)

Your Role as a Care Assistant / Carer:
You will visit Clients in their own homes and provide support with:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Companionship and social support
- Light housekeeping and shopping
- Helping Clients remain independent at home
- Keeping accurate care records
Morning Shift Available:
We are especially recruiting for morning shift Care Assistants. Typical morning shift: 7:00am – 1:00pm. Additional split shifts may also be available.
Flexible Hours:
You will start on a Flexible Hours Contract during your first 12 weeks while building your regular Client schedule. Once established, you may have the opportunity to move to a Guaranteed Hours Contract for greater job security and consistent earnings.
What You Need:
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Available for at least 20 hours per week
- Available to work at least 3 weekdays and every other weekend
- Caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
