What You\'ll Do
As a Care Assistant, you\'ll support Clients with:
- Personal care and medication support
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Companionship and social support
- Light housekeeping and shopping
- Helping Clients stay independent at home
- Keeping accurate care records
Flexible Hours
Start on a Flexible Hours Contract during your first 12 weeks while building your regular Client schedule.
When you\'re ready to increase your availability, you\'ll have the opportunity to move onto a Guaranteed Hours Contract for greater job security and consistent earnings.
Typical shifts include:
- Morning: 7:00am – 1:00pm
- Split shifts: 9:30am – 1:00pm & 5:15pm – 10:00pm
What You\'ll Need
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Available for at least 20 hours per week
- Available to work atleast 3 days in weekdays amd every other weekend
- Caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
