As the Registered Manager, you will be pivotal in launching our new franchise business, guiding our Franchise Owner to establish strong foundations, drive sustainable growth, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a 'Good' or higher rating
  • Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
  • Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
  • Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
  • Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
  • Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
  • Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
  • Support business growth and meet commercial targets

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
  • Proven leadership in care management
  • Right to work full-time in the UK
