We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Executive to join our growing Recruitment & Marketing Team at Right at Home GF – the top-performing franchise in the Right at Home network. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and scheduling all candidate communications (phone, email, SMS)
- Conducting engaging telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Completing safer recruitment checks in line with CQC requirements
- Working closely with the Recruitment Manager to meet changing business needs
- Helping shape and grow our Carer team as the business continues to expand
What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in recruitment or sales
