Right at Home Reigate & Crawley has an exciting opportunity for you to be a Recruitment Coordinator in Care. Do you have experience in the Care sector and are you looking for a new challenge? To be a Recruitment Coordinator at Right at Home, you should be proactive, people-focused, and exceptionally organised. You'll be confident managing multiple recruitment channels, enjoy speaking with candidates, and be committed to finding individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding care.

What you will receive:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Scheduler and Management Team on carer recruitment needs.
  • Create and post job adverts across online, social media, and local platforms.
  • Manage applicant enquiries, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct phone screenings and face-to-face interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding, ensuring all applicant documentation meets Right at Home UK and statutory compliance.
  • Verify ID documents, process and track Enhanced DBS checks, and complete reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and track applicant sources to inform retention strategies.
  • Support new team members through induction and early-stage retention.
  • Build positive relationships with the care team and provide day-to-day supervisory support.
  • Develop community relationships to support ongoing recruitment.
  • Provide administrative support across HR and internal communications.
  • Participate in the on-call rota.

What you will need:

  • Experience of working in care industry, preferably in supervisory roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and confidence using online systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload
  • Willingness to speak with candidates outside normal working hours if required
  • Experience using an ATS or recruitment platform
