We are looking for friendly, reliable ambitious people, regardless of experience, to join our wonderful team of Loneliness companions (home care assistants). You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry-leading training. We are recruiting for carers to support vulnerable adults with positions available in Bournemouth or Poole who need care and assistance in their own home.

Duties will include:

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
  • Shopping
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Giver:

  • Be available for some early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends
  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
  • Have a genuine passion to want to help others
  • Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or Health Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, but you are kind and patient and find great satisfaction in helping people to allow them a great quality of life then this would be a suitable role for you.
