Your key responsibilities
- Providing strong, inspirational leadership to the care and office teams
- Overseeing full compliance, quality assurance, and business growth strategies
- Maintaining and enhancing our Outstanding CQC rating
- Ensuring the health & safety of staff and clients
- Continuously reviewing processes and recommending improvement initiatives
- Leading recruitment and retention strategies for Care Assistants
- Overseeing training, induction, and ongoing professional development
- Managing rotas to ensure full coverage of all care calls
- Conducting client reviews, audits, surveys, risk assessments, and support plans
- Participating in the on‑call rota
- Reporting KPIs and performance data to Directors
- Driving sustainable commercial growth in line with company targets
What we are looking for
- NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements, particularly achieving and maintaining Outstanding
- Proven management experience within the care sector
- Excellent people management and team‑building abilities
- Commercial awareness and business development mindset
- Full Right to Work in the UK
- Full UK/EU driving licence
