We are currently recruiting for full-time/ part-time/ weekends/ evenings/ daytime/ night-time & live-in carers.

What will you receive?
Care Assistants pay rates
- Day Time up to £16.25
- Weekends upto £17.37
- Bank Holidays up to £24.38
- Waking nights: (rate per hour, inclusive of holiday pay)
- Weekday up to £14.57
- Weekend up to £15.13
- Bank Holidays up to £21.85
- Sleep-in: (rate per night, inclusive of holiday pay)
- Weekday up to £100.86
- Weekend up to £110.95
- Bank Holidays up to £151.29
- Live-in: (rate per day, inclusive of holiday pay)
- Low complexity up to £113.95
- Medium complexity up to £142.44
- High complexity up to £170.93
In addition to your pay
- You will be working for a CQC rated Outstanding company

- We do a minimum of 1hour calls (95%) - This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1 hour’s pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients.

What will you be doing?
- Companionship
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day

What do you need?
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle.
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others.
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
