We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and committed Care Assistants to join our growing team in Sefton.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay – £12.25-£13.25 per hour

- Morning shift patterns starting from 7:00am and finishing at 2:00pm
- Evening shift patterns starting from 3:00pm and finishing at 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, medication, and meal preparation
- Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation
- Accurately maintain care records and report concerns to the office team
- Travel between clients’ homes in your own vehicle
What We’re Looking For
- Female candidates only - due to client preferences and the provision of personal care
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Able to work one day every weekend or alternate full weekends
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
