As the Registered Manager, you will be pivotal in launching our new franchise business, guiding Franchise Owner to establish strong foundations, drive sustainable growth, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care.
What you'll do:
- Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or higher rating
- Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
- Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
- Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
- Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
- Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
- Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24 / 7 support
- Support business growth and meet commercial targets
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
- Proven leadership in care management
- Right to work full-time in the UK
