The Role:
You’ll play a key role in leading and delivering internal and external communications across our UK franchise network. You’ll be the go-to person for communications, helping shape messaging, supporting Franchise Owners, identifying PR opportunities, and ensuring our brand voice remains strong, consistent, and impactful.
You’ll be involved in:
- Internal and external communications across the network
- Press releases, articles, newsletters, and statements
- Media relations and PR opportunities
- Supporting Franchise Owners with communications activity
- Protecting and strengthening brand messaging
- Crisis and reputation management when required
- Monitoring and reporting on communications performance
No two days will look the same, which means you’ll need to be adaptable, confident, and comfortable taking ownership.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with strong communications instincts and an even stronger mindset. You may already work in communications, PR, media, content, or marketing and be ready for a bigger challenge. Or perhaps you feel underutilised in your current role and are looking for the chance to prove what you’re capable of.
