Right at Home Ilkley, Keighley and Skipton is looking for a Senior Care Coordinator.

Location: Ilkley

Salary: £25K-£28K Depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours + On call (rota basis)

Your role:

As a Senior Care Coordinator you’ll be an integral part of our service – managing schedules, supporting Care Assistants and ensuring every client receives outstanding care. This is a fast-paced role for someone organised, personable and committed to excellence.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in care coordination or similar (essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Empathy and resilience under pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with scheduling systems
  • A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out of office hours
