Head of Operations – Right at Home

Location: Based at our Farnham office, with regular travel to our other local offices

About the Role:
As our Head of Operations, you will join our Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. You\’ll lead and support our dedicated team of approximately 100 CareGivers, overseeing operations to maintain our Outstanding CQC rating and uphold our commitment to exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple offices, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with CQC standards, acting as the Nominated Individual, and ensure the highest quality of care.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to the strategic direction of the business, identifying opportunities for expansion and service enhancement.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure Client needs are met with compassion and professionalism, maintaining our reputation for excellence.

- Experienced Leader: Proven experience in a senior operational role, ideally within the care sector or a service-based industry.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with CQC regulations and a track record of maintaining high-quality standards.
