Rate of Pay: £12.25-£13.25 per hour + 35p Mileage Allowance

Role Overview
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and committed Care Assistants to join our growing team in Formby. You’ll be supporting clients during evening shifts, including weekends, providing personal care, companionship, medication assistance, and help with household tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, medication, and meal preparation
- Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation
- Accurately maintain care records and report concerns to the office team
- Travel between clients’ homes in your own vehicle
What We’re Looking For
- Female applicants only due to client preferences
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Ability to work evenings and weekends reliably
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
