Are you an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant looking for a fulfilling live-in position? Do you have a passion for providing personalized care to clients with dementia? If so, we invite you to become part of our supportive team at Right at Home!

We’re looking for a Live-in Care Assistant that has experience working with dementia clients. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you care for, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with clients living with dementia and a minimum of 1 year as a carer
  • Prefer driver with own car: To be able to transport client to and from activities, hospital appointments and do shopping.
  • Professionalism: Being a representative for Right at Home and our core values
  • Flexibility: Reliability and dependability are important.
  • Listening & communication: Good communication skills are essential.
  • Organisation & planning: Being organised and planning ahead is crucial.
  • A caring nature: Compassion and empathy are key qualities.
  • Interpersonal skills: Being respectful and patient
  • Self-reliant: Being able to adapt to surroundings and run a home is necessary.
  • Availability to work a live-in schedule of at least 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
